Thanks, Brian, for starting our family blog. Very cool. I just read a novel called ‘Traitor’, set in WWII. It’s about a young girl, Liam’s age, 13, who ‘accidently’ helps a young Russian soldier. She realizes, after her first sympathetic moment, what an incredible risk she has put both herself and her family in – and lives in terror of the Russian being found and traced back to her. The story isn’t riveting, but I think it’s a good discussion piece.
