Micah’s Blog 4: The Keys to the Kingdom
By Garth Nix
Book one is Mister Monday.
It was a GREAT book, full of action, adventure and suspense. A real cliff-hanger. I loved it. My second favorite series. It was cool how they combined modern life with pure fiction. There were surprising friends, like Dusk, and surprising enemies (Which I won’t give away). This book is a must-read. There is a good amount of characters, not much, not to little. The aspect of having keys that can control things was cool and a notebook that had everything possible to know in it. I wouldn’t mind having them… Monday and the Old One were cool characters. The aspect of being able to make a stair where ever there is something that looks like one is awesome. I look forward to reading the next book, Grim Tuesday.
The next book is Grim Tuesday.
Again it would be cool to have a key. I like the idea of sunships. It would be cool being able to go into the middle of the sun. And imagine that suns core is tropical! That would be cool. I find it funny how Grimcan’t make anything new, just copies. I’m glad Suzy is there again. I found the 2nd part of the Will (Claws) annoying and rude. At first, I wasn’t sure if Tom was going to be good or bad but now I know. This book is awesome! I loved it, better than the first.(Just better than the first, VERY close)Next, Drowned Wednesday!

Micah, I agree with pretty much everything you said! I’m not sure if I want those keys -they seem DANGEROUS! I like the characters, and I like how different the world is from ours! I’m really glad you made me read that book! I’ll take your recommendation anytime! Mom
Micah you have convinced me to read this book! You have written such an exciting synopsys of the story. Keys that control things sounds cool to me especially if I was the one who had the keys. I wish you had included the author’s name so I could find the book with greater ease. I will look for the next one in the series for you as well.
